Control Modules

The MT-3 drive system produced by Rduch Bells & Clocks is a combination of a linear motor and modern, contactless bell control. It can drive both small signatures and the biggest bells. The drive system introduces smooth start and soft braking. At the time of ringing, energy is so dispensed that it does not interrupt a tack of the bell, and does not cause inharmonious work. In this system, all is controlled by the microprocessor. The contactless digital sensor controls the operation of the bell. The control is contactless, i.e. without chaining, limit switches, pull-wire or other mechanical components requiring lubrication and other servicing.

Linear Engines

BELLS AUTOMATIC - RDUCH BELLS & CLOCKS

In 1978, RDUCH, established by Antoni Rduch, used a linear engine to drive the bells, thus pioneering the development of this system in the field of automatics of the bells. In Western Europe, this system was only applied at the end of 2000, taking the example of RDUCH.

 

  • We are the largest European producer of linear engines.
  • In our offer we have as many as 10 engine sizes.
  • We have a certificate obtained by the German Institute in Straubing.
  • We use special resins in the engines to increase the resistance to high temperature, humidity and work in high salinity environments.
  • Special windings design increases the energy efficiency of the engines.

Bells remote control

 

The remote, wireless bell switch is a very convenient feature of the RDUCH BELLS & CLOCKS drive system. It allows to start the bells any time, as needed.

The bells are turned on and off by a user. If it is not executed, the bells will be automatically turned off after the programmed time. The device adjusted for automatics of the bells.
